JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
Conduct drivetrain/powertrain validation and testing activities.
Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
Analyze test data and investigate performance issues.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams.
Document test results and provide technical recommendations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute drivetrain/powertrain validation tests.
Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.
Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
Develop test procedures and reports.
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams.
Support product development and continuous improvement efforts.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of product validation, testing, or engineering experience.
Experience with drivetrain/powertrain systems preferred.
Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.

Mechanical systems knowledge
Microsoft Excel and engineering data tools
