* Nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
* Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
* Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
* Provide nutrition support in rehabilitation and healthcare settings.
* Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.
