About Our Partner
Our partner helps brands improve how they appear in AI search. The company combines AI research, software, and hands-on execution to help enterprise customers measure and increase their visibility across conversational AI platforms. They work with a small number of high-ACV customers and differentiate through deep enterprise customization, attribution infrastructure, and direct integration with revenue and CRM systems. At the time of intake, the business was at roughly $1.5M ARR with a $5–10M pipeline, had raised $5M, and was operating with a small, high-talent team in New York.
About the Role
This is a founding growth role focused on building the go-to-market engine from the ground up. You will own the systems, signals, and campaigns that help the company identify the right accounts, reach them in creative ways, and build a repeatable pipeline motion.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining ICP lists, creating workflows and scrapers to surface high-intent companies, identifying signals that suggest a business is investing in AI search / AEO, and running outbound and growth campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, events, and other creative experiments. This is not a pure sales role. It is a hands-on builder role for someone who understands GTM systems, growth strategy, and how to turn messy signals into pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain dynamic ICP and target account lists
Develop signal-based sourcing workflows to identify companies likely to invest in AI search / AEO
Use tools like Clay and custom scrapers to enrich and prioritize target accounts
Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels
Test creative GTM experiments and iterate quickly based on results
Help build the company’s growth infrastructure and outbound motion from scratch
Work closely with the founders on strategy, targeting, and execution
Who You Are
Around 3+ years of GTM, growth, or GTM engineering experience at a startup or high-performance company
Strong experience in areas like GTM engineering, growth, marketing, SEO, AEO, or related functions
Comfortable building lists, workflows, campaigns, and signal-based systems
Familiar with tools like Clay and other modern GTM tooling
Able to think both strategically and tactically
AI-enabled and excited to use new tools to move faster
Interested in building, not just executing a prebuilt playbook
Preferred Background
Experience in GTM engineering or technical growth roles
Experience running outbound or demand generation campaigns
Exposure to SEO / AEO or adjacent digital growth functions
Comfortable operating in a very fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Strong startup mindset and willingness to build from zero
Work Environment
Fully in-office in New York City
High-intensity, high-ownership culture
Roughly 60 hours per week, with some weekend expectation
Open to relocation

Compensation
Base salary generally ranges from about $110K–$160K+ depending on experience and background
Meaningful equity, generally around 0.15%–0.30%
