JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
CREO or similar 3D modeling and 2D drawing experience
Drawings conforming to ASME Y14.5
Welded structure design
Access system design (Handrails, walkway, platforms, stairs/ladders, gates, hinges, latches, etc.)
Sheet metal design
Design to meet regulation compliance and to meet internal design standards
Will start with modeling and drawings then providing design concepts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Engineering or Technical degree preferred but not required
Master's degree is overqualified
5+years of work experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Creo
GD&T knowledge
Design for manufacturability knowledge
Design validation experience
Heavy equipment experience/knowledge (mining, construction or ag equipment)

DESIRED SKILLS:
ISO 2867 knowledge is a plus
