About the Role
We’re seeking qualified, empathetic, and resilient Social Workers to join multidisciplinary teams in Colorado’s inpatient psychiatric hospitals on a three-year contract.
You’ll work directly with patients diagnosed with personality disorders and other complex mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through psychosocial assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
Facilitate therapeutic groups and one-on-one interventions
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers
Advocate for patient needs and coordinate community resources
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Promote recovery, dignity, and patient empowerment in a secure setting

Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work
Eligibility for U.S. licensure (e.g., LSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
Minimum 24 months of recent clinical experience in mental health or social care
Willingness to relocate to Colorado for a minimum of 3 years
