Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-forward Business Process Improvement Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, leveraging data analytics, automation tools, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs. This role is responsible for diagnosing "as-is" processes, designing "to-be" workflows, and driving the implementation of technology-driven solutions. Additionally, this position will supervise direct reports and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Redesign: Evaluate current business workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies. Technology & Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Lead & drive Technology initiatives. Data Analytics & Reporting: Design, sustain, and analyze dashboards and KPI boards to surface performance issues and validate process improvements. Leadership & Coaching: Supervise and mentor direct reports, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development. Documentation & Change Management: Create user-friendly SOPs, process maps, and training materials. Lead cross-functional teams through change, ensuring user adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a related role. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Leadership: Proven experience in coaching, guiding, or supervising staff. Technology: Proficiency in CargoWise; experience with driving automation by leveraging technology; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, and macros. Direct Report Responsibilities The BPI Supervisor will have direct reports, for whom they will: Set goals and prioritize work assignments. Review process mapping and data documentation for accuracy. Provide mentorship and training on technical tools and methodologies. Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,640/year to $105,060/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
