We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Business analyst. She/He will work on projects/topics focusing on Federal reserve Regulatory Reporting.Role and responsibilitiesWorks closely with the Regulatory Reporting team and other teams to define the requirements Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints in collaboration with technical teamsPrepare and present functional aspects of changes/evolutions to developersDraft detailed functional specifications/users stories for developers, in line with general specifications or list of requirements provided by project manager / Business AnalystsPrepare the Business Requirement Document and update it based on requirements from the Finance teams and the technical requirementsResponsible for the functional testing of developmentDevelop tests strategy in coordination with the business owner and IT Conduct continuous testing in development environment for development monitoringWrite unit test cases and functional test cases for system verificationFollow the user acceptance test and coordinate the prioritization with project manager#LI-MONARAKI #TALANAMAERICASQualificationsExperience Knowledge of Axiom SL application mandatory10 years+ as a Business Analyst in Financial IndustryExperience working on Federal reserve Regulatory Reporting, previous experience with FR-2052A  preferredTechnical experience to be comfortable with data models, hands-on with SQLHands-on experience as liaison function with end-usersThorough experience in functional testing and validation of developmentRequired skills Strong technical skills in tests methodology Strong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to analyze and summarize, Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information Financial product, Regulatory reporting, Accounting, Back-office processes SQL, XML, data warehouseExperience with Business Object would be appreciatedExperience with Axiom SL FR-2052A 6G  moduleCompany’s BenefitsAt Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: The salary range for this role is US$130,000 - US$180,000. We can also work on C2C.401(k) retirement plan with company matching15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out)8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year❤‍Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSAVoluntary STD and LTD Commuter/transit benefitsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
