About the Role
Join an early-stage industrial AI team building wearable tools for field technicians. You will own the product layer around the AI systems, connecting smart glasses, cloud services, and companion clients into a reliable experience customers can use in the field.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the end-to-end product experience across smart glasses, backend services, and companion applications.
Develop cloud services for real-time video ingestion, APIs, and storage.
Own reliable, observable, and scalable backend APIs and data systems used by devices and AI services.
Build mobile and desktop clients for setup, monitoring, and workflow configuration.
Create deployment and release workflows that safely deliver software updates to hardware in the field.
Set product architecture and engineering practices, making sound decisions as the team grows.
Debug across frontend, backend, and device systems to unblock product development.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of post-graduate software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup work.
Experience taking a product from zero to launch, owning backend APIs, data, and a user-facing web or mobile client.
Full-stack experience with modern cloud platforms and tools such as TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, AWS, GCP, Supabase, or Railway.
Strong architectural judgment and experience building scalable systems with real users.
Familiarity with real-time video, streaming, low-latency systems, AI product integrations, or mobile application development.
Experience with technologies such as WebRTC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD is useful.
Interest in wearable computing, industrial AI, or tools for field and infrastructure teams.
